There
is a good path above this road that will allow me to take a picture of the
road very easily. The biggest issue I have with this is in case somebody is
suspicious as I will be taking photographs with a very slow shutter speed.

will not need any additional lighting as the focus is on the lights of the

will be taking pictures of vehicles on the road with a passage of time effect
which may make me seem suspicious in case people think I’m taking pictures of
license plates or anything.

need to make sure I do not take any photos of any people whatsoever which is
going to be more difficult than with other buildings, while also having a
good shot of the building which isn’t at too extreme an angle.
